• Salary: M1-M6 Pay Scale (opportunities for a TLR)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teach a Year 4 class, planning and delivering high-quality lessons across the curriculum
2. Support the academic, social, and emotional development of every child
3. Maintain strong classroom routines and behaviour management

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has experience teaching in KS2, ideally as a Year 4 Teacher
• Demonstrates excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and SATs requirements
• Has high expectations for all pupils and a strong commitment to raising standards
