Teach Now Limited is seeking a Year 4 Teacher for a primary school in Haringey, North London, starting January 2027. You will manage a class of 28 with TA support, delivering KS2 Year 4 lessons and assessing student progress. ECTs and experienced teachers are welcome to apply.

The role is full-time and permanent within the main pay range, with a January start and emphasis on safeguarding and high expectations in a collaborative school environment.

Salary: £41,729–£54,131 per annum (M1–M6, Inner London; full-time equivalent) Salary depends on qualifications, experience and position on the Main Pay Range. The maximum applies at M6. Hours of work: Full-time; exact hours to be confirmed

About the Role

Year 4 pupils become confident problem-solvers, thoughtful readers and increasingly independent learners. Teach Now is recruiting a Year 4 Teacher for a primary school in Haringey, starting in January 2027. You’ll take responsibility for a class of 28 children, with Teaching Assistant support shared across the year group. The school welcomes applications from Early Career Teachers as well as experienced practitioners. You’ll create purposeful lessons, establish clear routines and use assessment to understand what children need next. Working with colleagues and the shared TA, you’ll help pupils build secure foundations while encouraging curiosity and participation.

• Ability to plan lessons for differing needs and assess progress.
• Clear communication, effective classroom management and an inclusive approach.
• Availability from January 2027 and commitment to safeguarding.
