Job summary

Flourish Education is seeking a PPA Teacher to join a Bromsgrove-based primary school to cover Year 4 with pre-planned lessons. No planning is required, you will deliver engaging lessons and support pupil development during PPA time.

The role is 2 days per week, starting in November and running into December with potential extension. Strong classroom management and DBS within 12 months are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• Experience teaching in a primary school.
• Experience in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 4.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• DBS on update service within last 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned lessons across Year 4.
• Provide classroom cover during PPA time.
• Teach engaging and well-structured lessons that support learning.
• Follow the class teacher's planning and ensure objectives are met.
• Support pupils across English, Maths, and foundation subjects.
• Adapt teaching approaches to meet individual needs.
