Milk Education is recruiting a Year 3 Teaching Assistant in Liverpool, L15 to support a Year 3 class with their learning and keep pupils on track. The role starts in September and runs long-term on a temporary basis.

Qualifications

• Recent experience working in a school or education setting or nursery, social care, community or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Supporting across the Year 3 class, responding to all children's individual needs.
• Helping deliver catch-up sessions to close learning gaps.
• Working alongside the class teacher on lesson planning and adapting resources.
• Promoting an accepting, inclusive classroom where every student feels they belong.
