Job Description:

Wayman Education is working with a vibrant and fun primary school based in Slough seeking a proactive and emotionally intelligent Year 3 teacher.

Responsibilities of a Year 3 teacher:

1. Responsible for the pastoral care of children in Key Stage 2, promoting teamwork, and fostering a positive learning environment.
2. Teach the Key Stage 2 curriculum, focusing on individual learning targets, strengths, and weaknesses.
3. Develop maths skills, including fractions, statistics, and geometry.
4. Support children in developing their writing skills through creative storytelling.
5. Monitor children's progress and communicate with parents as needed.

About the school:

1. Located in a residential area of Slough, with 2 forms per year group.
2. Welcoming environment for early career teachers (ECTs).
3. Aims to develop confident pupils through academic and pastoral support.
