Year 3 Teacher (Maternity Cover)
Location:Poulton (FY6)
Start Date:September 2025
Contract Type:Maternity Cover, Full-Time

Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working alongside a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in Poulton (FY6). We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic year teacher to join their KS2 team, covering maternity leave from September 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that support the KS1 curriculum.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing feedback and tailored support where necessary.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support children’s learning and development.
• Maintain a safe, happy, and inclusive classroom setting.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A passion for Early Years education and child development.
• Strong classroom management skills with a positive and proactive approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Newly Qualified Teachers (ECTs) are warmly encouraged to apply.
