The ideal candidate:

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with students and parents, fostering positive relationships and keeping parents informed about their child's progress.
• Ability to create a positive, organized learning environment with clear behaviour expectations and a supportive atmosphere.
• Adaptability to meet the diverse learning needs of students and modify teaching strategies accordingly.
• Strong understanding of the Year 3 curriculum, including numeracy, literacy, science, and other relevant subjects.

Qualifications required:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Proven successful teaching experience, preferably in Key Stage 2 and Year 3 or similar age group.
• Deep knowledge of the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2, with emphasis on Year 3.
• Experience in assessments, analyzing student progress, and providing constructive feedback, along with familiarity with school reporting procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and parents.
• Professional references and an enhanced DBS check.
