Step Teachers are working with a calm and inclusive school in Ealing to find a committed Year 3 Teacher for September 2025. Year 3 Teacher – Role:

• Demonstrate good knowledge of the KS2 curriculum and plan and deliver engaging lessons accordingly.
• Maintain a well-organised classroom environment, ensuring the safe use and storage of all equipment.
• Work collaboratively with other staff members throughout the school to support the holistic development of students.
• Assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.
• Willingness to comply with the schools’ policies and implement them effectively.

Year 3 Teacher – Requirements:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent qualification.
• Have recent mainstream primary school-based experience.
• Demonstrate a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
