The Role
- Position: Full‑Time Year 3 Classroom Teacher
- Start Date: September 2025
- Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner London) + TLR available for the right candidate
- Contract: Permanent, full‑time
Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum.
- Prepare children for Reconciliation & First Holy Communion as part of our “Journey of Faith” programme (stmarkrc.bham.sch.uk).
- Use differentiated and creative teaching strategies to support all learners.
- Collaborate across staff teams including RE leader and Parish priests.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities, including music, sport, and outdoor learning.
We're Looking For
- A qualified teacher with QTS, committed to our Christian ethos.
- Enthusiastic and experienced in teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
- Able to inspire learners through dynamic, creative, and inclusive lesson planning.
- Strong believer in teamwork: liaising with colleagues, parents, governors, and diocesan partners.
- A reflective, resilient practitioner committed to ongoing professional growth.
