The Role

• Position: Full‑Time Year 3 Classroom Teacher
• Start Date: September 2025
• Salary: MPS/UPS (Inner London) + TLR available for the right candidate
• Contract: Permanent, full‑time

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the Year 3 curriculum.
• Prepare children for Reconciliation & First Holy Communion as part of our “Journey of Faith” programme (stmarkrc.bham.sch.uk).
• Use differentiated and creative teaching strategies to support all learners.
• Collaborate across staff teams including RE leader and Parish priests.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities, including music, sport, and outdoor learning.

• A qualified teacher with QTS, committed to our Christian ethos.
• Enthusiastic and experienced in teaching Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
• Able to inspire learners through dynamic, creative, and inclusive lesson planning.
• Strong believer in teamwork: liaising with colleagues, parents, governors, and diocesan partners.
