Smile Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school located in the B21 area of Birmingham. They are currently seeking a passionate, dedicated teacher to join their team full-time as a Year 3 class teacher. This role offers protected PPA time, with additional Middle Leadership opportunities and TLR payments available for suitable candidates. UPS teachers are strongly encouraged to apply, with pay reflecting experience and added responsibilities.

In This Role, You Will:
Lead an enthusiastic Year 3 class, delivering engaging, high-quality lessons

What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong experience teaching within KS2 — Year 3 experience is desirable
High expectations for teaching, learning, and pupil achievement
Previous leadership experience or ambition to step into Middle Leadership (subject areas flexible based on strengths)
A passion for creating an inclusive, positive learning environment where every child is valued
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one via Smile Education.
