Job summary

Broadleaf Partnership Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Class Teacher to join our team on a fixed term maternity cover basis. You will plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess and support pupil progress, and adapt teaching to meet the needs of all learners.

You will promote high standards of behaviour, achievement, safeguarding and wellbeing, while working collaboratively with colleagues, parents and carers.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering engaging lessons.
• Ability to assess pupil progress and adapt teaching to diverse needs.
• Commitment to safeguarding, well-being, and high standards of behaviour.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons for a class of pupils.
• Assess and monitor pupil progress and provide support where needed.
• Adapt teaching to meet the needs of all pupils, including those requiring additional support.
• Promote high standards of behaviour, safeguarding and pupil wellbeing.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents and carers to support wider development.
