Job summary

Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Year 3 Class Teacher for a January 2027 start, exclusive to Teaching Personnel. The role offers full-time, long-term opportunity with a structured ECT induction and mentoring.

You will lead a Year 3 class, work closely with SEND provision, and receive regular feedback and support from induction tutors. Applicants with SEND experience and a passion for inclusive education are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Two terms of ECT induction supported and assessed.
• Full-time responsibility for one Year 3 class.
• Experience supporting pupils with SEND during placements or voluntary work.
• Ability to work with SENCOs and Teaching Assistants.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for a Year 3 class from January 2027.
• Engage in a structured induction programme with mentoring.
• Collaborate with SENCO and teaching staff to support SEND pupils.
