Protocol Education is excited to support a local Primary School in Shropshire appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 3/4 Supply Teacher for a maternity cover September to January to join their vibrant learning community. We are committed to providing a supportive and engaging educational experience that inspires a love for learning in their students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering engaging lessons in accordance with the Key Stage 2 curriculum, fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Employ effective teaching strategies to develop foundational literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills in young learners.
  • Assess and track students' progress, providing timely feedback to students and parents.
  • Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience for all KS2 students.
  • Nurture a positive and respectful classroom culture that encourages curiosity, independence, and teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent primary education qualification.
  • Proven experience in teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum and pedagogical approaches.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues.
