Tradewind Recruitment LTD. is assisting a close-knit, 1-form entry primary school in Havering to recruit a part-time Year 2 teacher for a 3-day week (Wednesday to Friday) with an ASAP start until the end of July 2027. The school offers a supportive environment and a small class size of 17.

Parking on-site and easy access to Elm Park station are available. The ideal candidate will hold QTS, have completed ECT, and be prepared to plan independently to support Year 2 learners and foster curiosity

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS.
• Must have completed ECT.
• Experience as Year 2 teacher preferred, but suitable experience in other year groups considered.
• Ability to plan independently in a 1-form entry setting.

About you

• Must hold QTS
• Must have completed ECT
• Ideally have experience as a year 2 teacher, although experience in other year groups will be considered
