Job summary

SANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting a part-time Year 2 teacher for a close-knit 1-form entry primary school in Havering. The role runs Wednesday to Friday with a view to extending to 5 days by negotiation, starting ASAP until July 2027. The class is small, with just 17 students, and on-site parking is available.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS
• Must have completed ECT
• Ideally have experience as a year 2 teacher, although experience in other year groups will be considered
• Be able to work independently (planning independently)

Responsibilities

• Teach Year 2 curriculum with small class sizes
• Deliver engaging lessons Wed-Fri (3 days) with potential extension
• Collaborate with school staff to support pupil progress

• Part-time (3 days) Wednesday to Friday
