Job summary

Milk Education are supporting a welcoming primary school in Wandsworth to recruit a Year 2 Class Teacher. The role starts in October 2026 and offers a daily pay of £150-£190. You will lead a Year 2 class, plan engaging lessons and differentiate learning to meet pupil needs in a supportive environment.

You will monitor progress, maintain positive classroom routines and collaborate with teaching assistants and staff to drive strong pupil outcomes throughout the year.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Previous primary teaching experience.
• KS1 experience is desirable.
• Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
• Confident classroom and behaviour management.
• Passionate, organised and committed to pupil progress.
