We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Year 1 Teacher for a good-rated, 2-form entry school located in Barking and Dagenham, starting September 2025. This is a full-time position. Year 1 Teacher Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1, especially in Year 1.
  • Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective assessment methods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to differentiate teaching to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
  • A team-oriented approach and a passion for inclusive education.
