Job summary

Just Recruitment Group is partnering with a growing Witham-based company to recruit a Yardperson (Forklift Driver) to join the team.

You will arrange deliveries, pick orders, stock control, and ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately while maintaining a clean, safe yard and operating in a busy environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid forklift license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Able to work in a busy, noisy manufacturing environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Arrange customer deliveries and dispatch using company vehicles.
• Pick customer orders for delivery and assist with loading.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels and raise supplier orders as needed.
• Locate and organise goods within the warehouse.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
• Ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched correctly.
• Maintain an organised and efficient working environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Arrange customer deliveries, ensuring the correct goods are dispatched using company delivery vehicles.
• Pick customer orders ready for delivery and assist with loading delivery vehicles.
• Monitor and replenish stock levels, raising orders with suppliers when required.
• Locate and organise goods within the warehouse.
• Complete all relevant paperwork accurately.
• Ensure goods are received, stored and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Maintain an organised and efficient working environment.
