Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Yardi Product Manager – Strategic Initiatives & Client Onboarding to lead the evolution of the Yardi platform, focusing on onboarding, migrations, new functionality, and solution design. You will translate business needs into practical Yardi solutions while collaborating with Platform Management and global IT architecture teams.

You will own the product roadmap, drive client migrations, and act as a subject matter expert across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager across Investment Accounting, Investment Manager and Debt Manager.
Experience in an international, fast-paced organisation within Financial Services, Private Equity or Investor Services.
Strong organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
Proactive problem solver capable of managing priorities and deadlines with analytical insight.
Proficiency in Yardi plus Microsoft Excel/Word/PowerPoint to meet bespoke business requirements.

Responsibilities

Own and drive strategic development of the Yardi platform and product roadmap, aligning with business strategy and client needs.
Lead and support Yardi client migrations and onboarding, gathering requirements and coordinating testing and training.
Act as Yardi SME and main point of contact, translating requirements into scalable platform solutions.
Manage strategic initiatives from assessment to procurement, implementation and UAT with risk management.
Maintain relationships with Yardi and internal stakeholders, support sales discussions and feedback into the roadmap.
