Job summary

Recruit4staff represents a leading manufacturing company in Knowsley seeking a dedicated Yard Supervisor to oversee a small warehouse team and the yard operations. You will manage deliveries, stock control, and forklift movements while upholding safety and efficiency standards.

The role is permanent, with Monday–Friday hours from 8:00am to 4:00pm and a salary of £30,368 per annum. A clean, modern environment and company benefits are provided.

• Previous supervisory experience
• Warehouse experience
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence
• Warehouse supervisory experience
• Experience working within a manufacturing environment
• Stock-taking experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise a small warehouse team and ensure efficient day-to-day running of the warehouse and yard.
• Receive and check incoming and outgoing deliveries.
• Operate counterbalance forklift trucks.
• Supervise loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Oversee stock control and inventory management.
• Maintain high standards of safety, organisation and productivity across the warehouse operation.
