Job summary

Marshalls plc is hiring a Yard Team Member for our Sittingbourne site. You will load and unload goods, move items using a Forklift truck, and work to safe yard practices in a fast-paced environment.

The role is a full-time, 48-hour week with Monday–Friday shifts and overtime options. You will be part of a team delivering quality service and supporting logistics across Marshalls’ operations.

Qualifications

• FLT driving experience with a valid Forklift Truck Licence.
• Experience in areas with workplace transport health and safety practices.
• Excellent team working skills within a busy environment.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products onto Marshalls' or customer vehicles safely.
• Operate a Forklift truck and power mount attachments as required.
• Support yard operations and maintain orderly, safe working areas.

Shift pattern: Week 1 - Monday to Friday, 6am to 3:30pm / Week 2 - Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6pm

We're growing our Logistics team and are looking for an experienced Yard Team Member to join us at our Sittingbourne manufacturing site.

What's the Mission?

You will load and unload products onto Marshalls' or customer vehicles safely whilst using a Forklift truck and various power mount attachments. Ideally, you'll come from a background where you understand Yard Operations and have some product knowledge but don't worry, this isn't essential - we can teach you everything about Marshalls!
