Job summary

Huws Gray Limited in Airdrie is seeking a Yard Supervisor to lead from the front and help your team thrive. You’ll oversee yard operations, work with Yard Operatives and Drivers, and ensure stock is maintained and deliveries go out efficiently.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence required; experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Willingness to train and develop with the company.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing yard operations—working closely with Yard Operatives and Drivers.
• Managing stock levels and reporting faulty/damaged goods to the Branch Manager.
• Supporting deliveries by loading and unloading to keep workflow moving.
• Handling goods in and out with accurate documentation on systems.
• Working as part of a team to keep the branch running efficiently and deliver great customer service.
