Job description

Joining our friendly and hardworking family as an Yard Sales Assistant, you'll be on the front line dealing with our customers who come into our yard. As part of the branch team, you will play a vital role in our continued success by providing first-class service.

What will I be doing?

No two days are the same in TP branch life, but here are some key responsibilities:

• Delivering high standards of customer service by being helpful and friendly at all times, building relationships with customers, often on a first-name basis.
• Working outdoors to process customer orders, load and unload vehicles.
• Unloading building products from supplier deliveries and accurately booking them into the branch warehouse.
• Using a forklift is ideal, but full training will be provided.
• Maintaining safety standards by keeping the work environment tidy and safe.

This is a customer-facing role; the key requirement is providing great customer service. We can teach you the rest.
