Job summary

Travis Perkins is seeking a Yard Assistant for our Hyde branch. You will be based outside, processing customer orders and assisting with loading and unloading vehicles to ensure high service standards. Experience with a forklift is ideal, but full training is provided.

• Experience of using a forklift is ideal, but don't worry full training is provided
• Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, your aim will be to ensure that our standards never slip, this means maintaining a tidy and safe working environment

• This is a key customer facing role, so you will need to be enthusiastic and have great interpersonal skills.
• Be confident in your physical ability to process heavy and bulky stock throughout the Yard, within our health and safety guidelines.
