Siltbuster Ltd is seeking a Yard Operative for our Monmouth site. You will prepare units for hire or sale, unload and load goods, and keep the yard safe, clean and organized. You will support other operations as needed and may drive company vehicles with the right licence.

Qualifications

• Assists with loading/unloading using hand or forklift as required (subject to qualifications).
• Able to assist other departments and drive company vehicles when trained and licensed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare units for hire/sales and return, including removal and reinstall of 10kg PVC plates.
• Dig soil/silt, pressure wash, install pipe fittings, and prep units for reuse.
• Maintain wash bays and storage areas, stack units, and ensure security and tidiness.
