Huws Gray Group in Wrexham is seeking a Yard Operative to keep things moving behind the scenes. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a practical team, and delivering excellent customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

As a Yard Operative, you’ll help customers find what they need, handle deliveries, load and unload vehicles and keep the yard safe and tidy for our customers and colleagues. We offer on-the-job training and flexible working options to support your growth.

Qualifications

• You don’t need to know everything at start—the employer provides training and support.
• A great attitude and willingness to pitch in are highly valued; forklift licence is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Helping customers find what they need—offering friendly, practical advice and sharing knowledge of products.
• Handling deliveries—checking in goods, storing them safely and keeping things organised.
• Loading and unloading vehicles—working with the branch and driving teams to keep things moving.
• Looking after our yard—keeping it safe, tidy and secure for customers and colleagues.
