Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Bristol is seeking a Yard Operator to join a busy manufacturing site in Warmley. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, paying £12.71 per hour with overtime available.

This temporary ongoing position includes 28 days holiday, pension and free parking. Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will prep materials for the shop floor, carry out general yard duties and help keep stock tidy in a safe outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift licence preferred or relevant yard/production experience.
• Ability to work outdoors in a yard environment.
• Experience prepping materials and supplying to the shop floor.

Are you looking for ongoing work to start immediately and enjoy working in a yard environment?

We are recruiting a Yard Operator for our successful manufacturing client based in Warmley, Bristol

• due to ongoing growth and a healthy order book, they are now looking expand their team.

Reporting to the Workshop Manager, you will be working as part of a small team prepping materials for the shop floor.

Duties of the Yard Operator / General Operative will include Cleaning and hosing down products Prepping materials and supplying to shop floor Keeping stock tidy and in a orderly system General yard duties This would suit someone who has worked in a production, engineering or construction environment and enjoys working outdoors.

In addition a forklift licence or previous experience would be ideal, but is not essential.

This is a temporary ongoing position, which could lead to a permanent position working 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
