About the role

We are looking for a highly organised Yard Operative to join the Day Warehouse team. As a Yard Operative, you will ensure that the yard area, including the skip area, adheres to our Food Safety and Health and Safety standards.

What you will do:

• Ensure that the area around the skips is kept clean and tidy
• Dispose of cardboard by using the cardboard baler and ensure that this area is kept clean and tidy
• Assist in maintenance issues when required
• Ensure the satisfactory completion of work in accordance with instructions
• Be compliant with Food Safety and Health and Safety at work requirements at all times
• Any ad hoc tasks as required
