Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals UK & Ireland is seeking a Yard Operative to join our Service Centre, where you will clean and prepare equipment to ensure it is ready for customers to hire and maintain a safe, tidy yard.

Working as part of a team, you will be organised, complete duties on time, deliver good customer service, and be flexible to training. We offer a industry-leading rewards package, generous holiday allowance, life assurance, pension and discounts as part of our benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be physically fit to undertake daily tasks.

In the role of Yard Operative you'll play an key role in the smooth and efficient running of the Service Centre. It will be your job to prepare the equipment to ensure that it is clean and ready for customers to hire.

Your Duties Will Include

• Cleaning and preparing equipment
• Checking and storing off-hired equipment
• Maintaining a clean and safe yard, workshop and storage areas
• Liaising with customers on a day to day basis when loading and unloading job
