An exciting opportunity for a Yard Operative at our Hemel Hempstead branch

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to provide excellent customer service to trade and retail customers. The role involves working in the yard and warehouse to retrieve stock and prepare/pick orders for delivery.

Person & Skills

The ideal candidate will have experience with stock handling and knowledge of heavy-side building materials. Recent experience with driving a counterbalance and combination forklift, along with a valid forklift license, is preferred.

Key Tasks

• Picking orders and serving customers
• Loading and unloading HGV vehicles safely
• Stock rotation and maintenance
• Delivering first-class service to trade customers and the public
• Adhering to health & safety standards
