Key Areas of Responsibility:

Imaging & Grading Duties

• Responsible for parts inventory of breakers, imaging and grading of panels and parts for our sales channels
• Ensure vehicles are brought by a FLT to designated Inventory / Image areas
• Grade parts and image using Company guidelines
• Ensure that a video is taken of the engine of it starting, running and showing exhaust to show any infringements

Yard Duties

• Ensuring vehicles are processed along company pathway for deliveries, collections, marketing and storage
• Clean vehicles as necessary to ensure high quality images
• Processing logbooks, doc pack and keys that are either filed safely or disposed of correctly following GDPR rules
• Supporting GDPR & Salvage Personal Belonging Team with GDPR compliance & contractual SLA’s
• Ensuring quality control every step of the way with no damage to vehicles or parts
• Liaising with customers or our drivers loading and offloading vehicles
• Maintain and take ownership of general housekeeping within your selected functional and customer facing area to create a safe and efficient environment

Here’s what you bring:

• Suitable candidates must have a full driving license
• Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to accurately record vehicle damage onto our system clearly and concisely
• Experience using a forklift is an advantage but not essential (onsite forklift training will be funded by the company)
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail
• Basic IT skills
• Previous experience in a salvage site and knowledge or interest in motor vehicles is desirable but not essential
