Key Areas of Responsibility:

Yard Duties

• Ensuring vehicles are processed along company pathways for deliveries, collections, marketing, and storage
• Cleaning vehicles as necessary to ensure high-quality images
• Inventorying parts on vehicles and imaging them
• Processing logbooks, document packs, and keys, ensuring safety and GDPR compliance
• Supporting GDPR & Salvage Personal Belonging Team with GDPR compliance & contractual SLAs
• Maintaining quality control to prevent damage to vehicles or parts
• Liaising with customers or drivers during vehicle loading and offloading
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment in your designated area

Imaging & Grading Duties

• Managing parts inventory of breakers, and imaging and grading panels and parts for sales channels
• Prioritizing vehicles with parts required by premium customers
• Transporting vehicles to designated inventory/image areas using a forklift
• Cleaning vehicles for high-quality imaging
• Inventorying and imaging parts, grading them according to guidelines
• Recording engine videos showing start, run, and exhaust
• Cleaning, tagging, imaging, packing, and storing removed parts
• Processing stock inventory to maximize value for sales or scrap

What you bring:

• A full driving license
• Experience working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to accurately record vehicle damage
• Forklift experience (training provided if needed)
• Teamwork skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Basic IT skills
• Experience or interest in motor vehicles (desirable but not essential)

This role is subject to DBS, finance, right to work, and reference checks. We operate random drug and alcohol screening for safety.
