Huws Gray Limited is seeking a Yard Supervisor for our Boston branch to lead a team, maintain stock levels and ensure efficient deliveries in a safe, well-organised yard.

You will oversee yard operations, manage stock, support deliveries and ensure accurate documentation while delivering excellent customer service. We welcome flexible working options and provide training and development to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Forklift Driving Licence and experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing yard operations - working closely with Yard Operatives and Drivers.
• Managing stock levels - identifying faulty or damaged goods, and reporting issues to the Branch Manager.
• Supporting deliveries - handling loading and unloading to keep things moving.
• Handling goods in and out - ensuring all documentation is completed accurately on our systems.
