Timber Production Operative – Immediate Start | LE9, Leicestershire

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate:

• Basic rate: £13.25 per hour.
• Overtime rate: £19.88 per hour for hours worked over 40 hours per week.
• Pay progression: Following a probationary period, there may be an opportunity for a pay increase based on performance. This is discretionary.
• Holiday entitlement: Accrued up to 28 days per year, pro rata.

Working Hours:

• Days: Monday to Friday.
• Hours: 06:00–14:00.
• Overtime: Excellent opportunities available when required, particularly for candidates willing to go the extra mile.You’ll benefit from a consistent weekday shift pattern, with the opportunity to increase your earnings through additional hours.

Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience operating a forklift truck (FLT) would be an advantage, but the right attitude, practical skills, and willingness to learn are just as important.
