Our team is responsible for working in our Waste Recycling centre. HCL Recycling Centre is one of the only wet Waste Recycling premises in south-east London capable of treating various wastes in accordance with the Environment Agency, converting wet waste into dry reusable material.

Your role within the Process Centre involves learning and understanding the process, with full training provided. Responsibilities include keeping the yard clean and tidy, maintaining all equipment, and undergoing various training programs such as CSCS, plant and machinery, 360 excavator, forklift truck (post-probation), and loading shovel training, based on suitability and experience.

*Please note this role involves a significant amount of manual handling and lifting.

Skills/Qualifications:

• Driving Licence (desirable)
• Team player
• Knowledge of pumps and mechanical systems (desirable but not essential)
• Positive work attitude
• Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and overtime as required, with pay reflecting hours worked and experience
• Ability to perform other reasonable duties as assigned
