Job summary

Intervieweb in Bristol is seeking a committed Yard Supervisor to oversee multiskilled yard operatives and ensure orders are picked, labelled correctly and delivered on time. The role is physically demanding in a busy depot with strict health and safety adherence.

You will play a vital part in maintaining service standards and will have opportunities to develop and progress within the role, reporting to the Depot Manager.

Qualifications

• General duties in a busy depot requiring physical activity.
• Ability to maintain stock levels and accuracy of goods in/out.
• Willingness to develop and progress within the Yard Supervisor role.
• Commitment to Health and Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• General housekeeping to be maintained throughout the day including maintaining stock levels, stock rotation and stock counts
• Safely of loading and unloading
• Goods in/out quality checked and checked for accuracy.
• Responsible for doing forklift daily checks, fuelling up.
• Undertake any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
