This permanent role is based at one of our sites, offering a customer-focused environment where you will support buyers, resolve queries, and contribute to a positive customer journey from start to finish.

You will handle vehicle production administration, data entry, and collaborate with the central claims team to ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out vehicle production administration, including accurate data entry and document management.
• Manage the Click & Collect process, ensuring a seamless, efficient, and positive experience for buyers and hauliers.
• Provide a professional front-of-house service to customers and site visitors.
• Support buyers by resolving queries and complaints in a timely and effective manner.
• Work closely with the central claims team to ensure issues are handled promptly and recorded accurately.
• Respond to and action requests from the central call centre efficiently.

Main purpose of the role
