Job summary

Global seeks a 3D Artist / Motion Graphic Designer to join its Leicester Square XR studio, designing immersive 3D environments and real‑time content using Cinema 4D, Blender, and Unreal Engine.

You’ll optimise assets for real‑time performance, preview live via RenderStream, and collaborate with producers and engineers to bring productions to life on stage.

The role is primarily 9–5 with occasional hours for shoots, and requires a strong portfolio and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a 3D Artist or similar with a strong portfolio.
• Strong modelling, texturing and lighting in Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Experience optimising content for real‑time engines (Unreal Engine).
• Solid understanding of real‑time rendering, polycount and performance budgets.
• Strong motion graphics, ideally with After Effects.
• Excellent design sense and color/lighting.

Responsibilities

• Design and build high‑quality 3D concepts and environments for the XR stage.
• Optimise environments for real‑time Unreal Engine performance.
• Preview environments live via RenderStream and coordinate with studio operations.
• Create motion graphics to support XR productions and promos.
• Stay updated with Unreal Engine, Cinema 4D, and RenderStream best practices.
• Maintain a library of reusable assets and templates.
• Collaborate with directors and XR Studio Manager to translate briefs.
