Job summary

Radley Green is seeking a Xero Training Specialist in Central London to lead the training and implementation of Xero for clients and internal teams. This role offers significant long-term progression opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a team focused on Xero adoption, provide ongoing client support, and design training programs. The ideal candidate has experience with Xero implementations and excellent communication skills.

Hybrid working is available: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Xero implementations or migrations.
• Confident in troubleshooting Xero-related complexities.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team implementing and migrating to Xero.
• Deliver training sessions for internal teams.
• Provide support for complex Xero-related queries.
• Create and improve training materials and resources.
