Areti Group is seeking 6 Tech leads/Staff Engineers to work for a rapidly growing TECH FOR GOOD business. My client is building a new team and needs experienced software engineers to develop large-scale mobile and web applications backend. The role focuses on backend coding, database design, and ensuring system performance and reliability.

This is an excellent opportunity for software engineers seeking a company with strong values that cares about its customers and employees.

Key Accountabilities

• Participate in all development stages, from design to deployment and support
• Collaborate with colleagues to refine application design
• Propose and implement innovative solutions
• Optimize backend code, identify bottlenecks, and implement visualization and monitoring systems

Required Skills and Knowledge

• Degree in Computer Science or related field (highly desirable)
• Experience as a Team Lead or Staff Engineer, or Lead Engineer
• Experience with Service-oriented architecture
• Knowledge of backend optimization and database tuning (MySQL or similar)
• Expertise in relational databases and SQL, especially MySQL
• Strong PHP skills with understanding of its strengths and weaknesses
• Experience with PHP frameworks: Symfony and Laravel

Languages:
