Job Description:

Areti has partnered with a rapidly growing hyper-growth scale-up organization seeking several talented Principal Software Engineers/Staff Engineers to join their engineering team. This role involves leading architectural changes, collaborating with stakeholders on roadmaps, mentoring junior engineers, and driving best practices across teams and guilds. The work focuses on our successful e-commerce platforms, with a tech stack including React.js, React Native, PHP, moving towards Golang, and hosted on AWS.

Experience Required:

• Proficiency with one or more of the following tech stacks: Golang/Go, React/React Native/Next.js, PHP
• Experience with REST APIs and GraphQL
• Knowledge of AWS cloud services
• Understanding of Software Design Patterns, TDD, DDD
• Passion for developing processes and architecture to improve the codebase
