Areti has partnered with a rapidly and organically growing hyper-growth scaleup organization seeking several individuals to join their engineering team.

We are looking for talented software engineers to lead architectural changes, collaborate with stakeholders on roadmaps, mentor junior engineers, and promote best practices within their teams and guilds, while working on various successful e-commerce sites to support our rapid growth. The tech stack includes React.js, React Native, PHP (moving to Golang), all hosted in AWS.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone interested in joining an ambitious, organically grown business with exciting plans for 2023 and beyond.

Experience in a start-up or rapid scaling environment is essential.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in one or more of these tech stacks: Golang/Go, React/React Native/Next.js, PHP
• Experience with REST APIs
• Knowledge of GraphQL
• Experience with AWS
• Understanding of Software Design Patterns, TDD/DDD
• A passion for developing processes and architecture to improve the codebase continuously

Compensation includes a salary up to 115k + 25% bonus, 25 days holiday plus birthday, private health insurance, training and development budget, Kindle/books, HeadSpace subscription, monthly social events, and a motivated team environment.
