Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited is looking for two experienced Multi Traders to cover Elgin and the surrounding areas on a six-week contract. You will work independently on void properties, carrying out maintenance and repair tasks to bring properties back up to standard.

Applicants should have proven multi-trade experience, a full UK driving licence and be able to work autonomously across multiple locations. Immediate start available; fuel card provided.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Own transport required initially.
• Reliable and able to work independently.

Multi Trader x2 – Elgin & Surrounding Areas

We're currently recruiting 2 experienced Multi Traders for a 6-week contract covering Elgin and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidates will be working independently across void properties, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works to bring properties back up to standard.

The role includes:

• Working in void properties
• General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
• patch plastering, basic plumbing, decorating and other associated works
• Working independently across different locations

• Ability to carry out a range of maintenance tasks to a high standard
• Full UK driving licence
