Job summary

Build Recruitment seeks an experienced Multi Trader to join a client team across the Central Belt of Scotland on a newly awarded commercial contract.

The role covers joinery, plumbing, painting & decorating, basic electrical repairs, plastering, tiling and general building maintenance. Work at commercial sites with a professional approach and flexibility.

Company van and fuel card provided; long-term temporary or permanent employment with a consistent workload and competitive rates.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative.
• Full UK Driving Licence (essential).
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude with a commitment to high standards of workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a wide variety of maintenance, repair and refurbishment works across multiple trades.

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join my clients growing team, working across the Central Belt of Scotland on anewly awarded commercial contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades while providing excellent customer service.

The Role

You will be responsible for carrying out a wide variety of maintenance, repair and refurbishment works, including:

• Joinery
• Plumbing
• Painting & Decorating
• Basic Electrical Repairs
• Plastering Repairs
• Tiling
• General Building Maintenance
• Reactive and Planned Maintenance

Work will be carried out at commercial client sites across the Central Belt, so flexibility and a professional approach are essential.

What We're Looking For
