Candidates can be based anywhere in the UK as long as they are comfortable working in a remote environment.

Areti Group has exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing fintech company based in London who are building out a greenfield team and looking for up to 40 new Software Engineers with experience working with highly scalable microservice architecture by the end of the year.

These roles are FULLY REMOTE and offer you the choice of laptop and tech equipment to make sure you can be the best version of yourself.

As a software engineer working for this organization, you must be able to show that you are willing to self-develop and have a real passion for what you do.

As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:

· Build new features in our core language, Golang/PHP

· Make key architectural decisions and help move the platform forward

· Support product and delivery teams

· Mentor and coach other team members

My client are playing to move tech stack for PHP to Golang so if you are a PHP expert and fancy learning new technologies or have experience of moving from PHP to Golang I am really interested in speaking with you.

Here's what we're looking for from our Golang/PHP expert…

· 2+ years of Golang experience

· Cloud Infrastructure – AWS

· OWASP and/or Similar web Security

· Building microservices and associated APIs

· Microservice / Event Driven Design - An understanding of the complexities with event-driven design and how to best approach them, ie eventual consistency, transactions within a distributed system

· A great communicator - We're looking for someone who is comfortable explaining the technical to the non-technical, and "working out loud", or WOL'ing as we like to call it

· Any experience in React/React Native and Next.JS would be a bonus
