Moorside Primary (Swinton) is seeking a wrap-around Childcare Manager to lead breakfast, afterschool, and holiday clubs. You will work with the existing Childcare Manager and School Business Manager to provide safe, enriching care for children aged 3+.

The role requires collaboration, strong record-keeping, and sharing responsibility for the wellbeing of families and staff. The position is 20 hours per week all year round with rotating hours, including some evenings and holiday hours.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with children aged 3 years and above in a formal childcare setting.
• Ability to supervise a team and work collaboratively.
• Clear commitment to safety and welfare of children.
• Strong record-keeping for registrations, contracts and attendance.
• Flexible to evenings and holiday hours.

Aufgaben

• Develop and oversee provision of high-quality play experiences for breakfast, afterschool, and holiday clubs.
• Plan for growth and development of this provision.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day running and support for children and families.
• Support staff to deliver the care curriculum.
• Ensure provision meets users' needs.
