Moorside Plus, at Moorside Community Primary School, is seeking a Wrap Around Childcare Manager to lead breakfast, afterschool and holiday club sessions. You will work with the current Manager, reporting to the School Business Manager, to enhance services and outcomes for children.

You will ensure high-quality care, plan for growth, supervise staff, maintain accurate records, and deliver safe, engaging activities for children aged 3 and above. DBS clearance is required.

Qualificações

• Experience working with children aged 3+ in a formal childcare setting.
• Ability to supervise staff and work collaboratively.
• Strong communication with children and families.
• Accurate record-keeping of registrations and attendance.
• Commitment to safeguarding and child welfare.
• Flexible hours including evenings and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and oversee the provision of high-quality play experiences occurring in breakfast, afterschool, and holiday clubs
• Plan for the continuing growth and development of this provision
• Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the service and offer support and care to children and their families
• Work with and support staff in all aspects of the provision to ensure effective delivery of the care curriculum
• Ensure the provision meets the needs of the users
