Job summary

St Philip's CE Primary School is seeking a Wraparound Care Team Leader to head the after-school provision. The role is term-time only, 2pm–6pm, with salary on the NJC Support Staff Scale Points 8–14 pro rata.

You will manage the club daily, lead staff, and plan engaging activities while ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing for children.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and caring Wraparound Care Team Leader to lead our after-school provision and help create a safe, engaging and enjoyable environment for our children.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the club, leading and motivating staff, planning exciting indoor and outdoor activities, and ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding and wellbeing.
