Job summary

Studley Infants' School is seeking an After School Club Coordinator to lead wraparound sessions, ensuring high-quality play, wellbeing, and development for children aged 3–7. The role requires planning, safeguarding, and close collaboration with staff and families at Studley Infants' School.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in childcare or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children (Early Years or KS1 preferred).
• Able to create a safe, playful environment and build trusting relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage routines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver before and after school wraparound sessions.
• Oversee day-to-day running of wraparound provision.
• Support children’s emotional wellbeing using relational approaches.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
• Ensure policies, safety, first aid, and behaviour expectations are followed.
• Contribute to safeguarding duties.
