Job summary

St Swithun's School in Winchester is seeking staff to support wrap-around care after the school day. The role focuses on providing a safe, enjoyable environment where children can participate in structured play and mix with others beyond their class and year group.

You will also dedicate extra time during the week to plan activities and complete administrative work, totalling 13.5 hours per week. Experience in adapting activities for varied ages and abilities is essential.

Job description

This is an opportunity for children to relax after the school day, to take part in fun activities and to mix with others beyond their class and year group. We know that the provision of high-quality wrap around care is essential to many of our families.

Alongside the student facing elements of the role, you will work an extra hour during the week to plan activities and complete administrative work. Therefore, this role has a total of 13.5 working hours per week. You should have experience of encouraging learning through structured play and adapting activities to suit a range of ages and abilities.
